Vincent DELCOURT is a automation and signal processing Engineer (Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieur en Génie Electrique, Rouen, 1996), with a Master in "Image Processing" graduated from University of Rouen in 1997. He works at SNCF's Innovation and Research Department since year 2000, first as project manager and now as manager of a business unit called "ETM", dealing with energy efficiency for SNCF and railway system, with three main domains of activity.
