Henry Marty-Gauquié

1978: with a PhD in International Law (University of Paris X), a specialisation in European Law (University of Paris I) and being graduated from the Institute of Political Sciences of Paris, he begins his career working for the French Prime Minister (Raymond Barre) in the legal department of the S.G.C.I. now S.G.A.E.

From 1981 to 1982, he is First Secretary at Law of the French Judge (Fernand Grevisse) at the European Court of Justice.
