Sukru Safa Cinar

Sukru Safa Cinar was born in Kayseri/Turkey in 1986. During his undergraduate program, he took lessons from Gebze Ins. of Tech./Turkey in Electronic Eng. discipline and from Poznan Ins. of Tech./Poland in Electronic and Telecommunication Eng. discipline. After he had graduated as an electronic engineer, he made his master in MSc Railway System Engineering & Integration in The University of Birmingham/UK. As he decided to make a carrier on railway industry, he focused on High Speed Lines in terms of operation, maintenance and signalization. So far, he has participated many conferences and presentation in those countries/operators; United Kingdom HS1 & National Rail, France SNCF, Spain RENFE, Portugal CP, Switzerland SBB. Ultimately, he is working for Turkish State Railways in High Speed Line Department.
