The 2024 High-Level Passenger Meeting of the European Rail Passenger CEOs will take place on 10 October in Vilnius, Lithuania at the invitation of LTG Link.

The HLPM is an annual event co-organised by UIC and CER (Community of European Railway and Infrastructure Companies) which brings together passenger CEOs, managers and other high-level representatives to discuss the current strategic topics relating to the challenges faced by the European railways, notably in the areas of ticketing and international passenger networks.
