2021 is the European Year of Rail, an initiative by the European Commission as part of the EU’s efforts to achieve climate neutrality by 2050 under the European Green Deal.

This initiative will highlight the benefits of rail as a sustainable, smart and safe means of transport.

As part of activities to put rail in the spotlight across the continent throughout 2021, VPE from Hungary wants to introduce its unique website: https://opendata.vpe.hu/
