UIC is engaged in an ongoing quality assurance process for its services and has been Quali’OP-certified since 2017. This quality assurance process is part of UIC’s continuous improvement efforts, aimed at meeting members’ expectations to the greatest extent possible.

Within this context, UIC conducts a member satisfaction survey each year; the purpose of the survey is to gain an understanding of how members perceive the services and workings of its professional association.

It takes just a few minutes to complete the survey.

To respond to the questions, simply tick the box that corresponds to your choice or, where appropriate, use the cursor or fill in the text fields as indicated.

Your responses are strictly confidential: they are anonymous, and the results will be generalised and used to gather statistics.

The questionnaire will be available until 14 June at 8.00 a.m., Paris time.
