The 4th ANTC (Asian Network of Rail Training Centers) Seminar co-organised by UIC, IRaTCA and the Railway Authority of Mongolia (RAM) will be held in Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia) from 21 to 22 September 2011.

The purpose of ANTC, as one of the UIC Asia projects approved at the 2nd UIC Asian Regional Assembly held in Paris on 6 December 2007, is to provide a secure platform for cooperation among railway training experts of Asian railways, and also to exchange the state-of-the-arts in training techniques and skills.

Following the success of the 3rd ANTC Seminar held in Korea on 10 – 13 November 2010, this 4th ANTC Seminar will focus on the topic “How to activate the network among the Asian Railways”.
