The participants represented 11 railway companies: Trenitalia, SNCF, DSB, SJ, CD, MAV-START, NSB, DB, RENFE, CFL, Trenord.

UIC was represented by Marc Guigon, Senior Advisor for Passenger Transport, Fabrice Setta, Senior Advisor for eBusiness and Joachim Baars, Expert on Timetable Data.
The meeting focused on:

  • Ways of delivering station data when there are several railway undertakings operating in one country
  • Minimum Connecting Times (MCTs) in railway stations
  • Restrictions on origin-destination relationship when reservation is mandatory for only part of the train journey

The group reached a common understanding of these points, and decisions for implementation will take place during next meeting.
