From 20 – 22 September, the delegation of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ) headed by Kanat Alpysbaev took part at the “Inno Trans 2016” international exhibition.
The Kazakhstan delegation took part in the summit of the railway transport leaders. Representatives of more than 50 countries around the world attended the summit, which presented the vision of rail transport development in the future.
The Forum provided a new opportunity for dialogue between representatives of leading European and Asian railway companies.
Summit participants shared experiences in the fields of digital technology, development of energy infrastructure, new types of railway equipment, signalling, communications, upper structure materials, rail and wheel-bandage products.
Representatives of the railway companies were interested in the products of Kazakhstan producers. Aktobe rail and structural steel mill presented rails, metal products and other products produced by the steel mill.
During his stay in Berlin, the Head of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ) held a series of meetings with representatives of the railway administrations and leaders of the railway transport.
During the talks with Oleg Belozerov (the President of JSC Russian Railways) discussion focused on “increasing the volume of traffic, creating favourable conditions for the growth of transit traffic through the territories of Kazakhstan and Russia”. Discussion also focused on bilateral cooperation issues in the framework of a joint transport and logistics company (JSC OTLK).
At a meeting with the heads of the railway administrations of Belarus, Moldova, Latvia and Ukraine – V. Morozov, Yu. Topaloy, E. Berzinsh, V. Bolchun – there was talk about further cooperation development in the fields of railway engineering, transport and logistics.
During negotiations with the heads of international companies – leaders of transportation services such as GE Transportation, Alstom, Talgo, Siemens, Transmashholding, discussed issues of further development in railway machinery construction.
