Kazakhstan: KTZ NC JSC discussed the transport of grain cargo

The heads of KTZ Express JSC held a working meeting with the grain producers, sending their cargo to the countries of Southeast Asia, Caucasus, China and Turkey.
Issues of optimising export logistics and improving the mechanism of cooperation were discussed during the meeting.

Currently, much attention is paid to improving the quality of transport services provided to Kazakh agricultural producers.

The participants of the meeting noted the growing demand for the transport of grain in containers and the importance of effective logistics processes in the organisation of transport to reduce the time and stable provision of shippers with rolling stock.

Chairman of the Board of KTZ Express JSC Dmitry Abdullayev answered the questions of shippers and shared plans of the company.
“Now we are in the process of forming the further development strategy of the company. We are setting a goal to speed up and simplify the entire process for our client - from application to delivery of cargo to the final point. To do this, we are trying to actively develop services and related services, develop a personal account, work on the possibility of concluding electronic contracts and creating a call centre 24/7,” said Mr Abdullayev.

The meeting also discussed the establishment of competitive rates, preferential tariff conditions for attracting new volumes of traffic and increasing speed. The sides also exchanged plans for the development of exports in 2019.
