On 21 August an information day was held at JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy on the implementation of the updated “Digital Transformation” Program.
The event was attended by the Chairman of the Board of JSC NC KTZ Sauat Mynbayev, Managing Director for Digitalisation and Transformation of Samruk-Kazyna JSC Dauren Kereybayev, managers and employees of the Company, its subsidiaries and branches, as well as the transformation team.
As S. Mynbaev noted in his welcoming speech, a lot has been done in the framework of the Transformation in KTZ. The updated “Digital Transformation” Program will continue to work on developing human resources, automating and improving business processes with the introduction of digital technologies. The digital transformation program has embraced the entire key business of the Company, including the main branches and subsidiaries of JSC NC KTZ.
The portfolio of the updated “Digital Transformation” Program consists of 13 strategic initiatives, including increasing the efficiency of operational activities, the transportation process, increasing transit traffic, efficient information technology management, developing logistics and passenger transportation, modernising the railway infrastructure, implementing cyber shield, introducing a new procurement model and etc.
These initiatives include 15 projects and 34 events that are aimed at improving industrial safety, corporate culture and employee potential, developing the key business of the Company, and also aimed at achieving a synergistic effect for the group of companies of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
The main speakers – curators of the initiatives and sponsors of the transformation projects – spoke in more detail about each initiative and its impact on the activities of the Company.
During the information day, it was noted that systemic changes in the management approach of the Digital Transformation Program will provide management flexibility, increase the speed and effectiveness of decisions.
Implementation of the updated “Digital Transformation” Program will allow the Company to reach a new level of development.
