The Permanent Narrow Gauge Task Force will continue discussions on main issues regarding narrow gauge networks from Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America Regions, focusing on Rolling Stock and Infrastructure.
Identified needs from previous meeting:
- Reduce cost of maintenance for both infrastructure and rolling stock
- Reduce cost of purchase for both infrastructure and rolling stock
