The Permanent Narrow Gauge Working group will unite railway networks from Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America Regions and focus on Rolling Stock and Infrastructure.

Presentation of the preliminary findings of the questionnaire about the management of narrow-gauge railways in various countries and the associated challenges

  • UIC, in cooperation with Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, has crafted a questionnaire aimed at gathering information regarding the management of narrow-gauge railways in various countries and the associated challenges. The primary goal behind compiling this information is to understand the global landscape of narrow-gauge railway networks.
    The presentation will include the preliminary findings of the questionnaire.
