Together for Global Excellence – Shaping Passenger Mobility Services

The UIC Passenger Department is pleased to announce the first edition of UIC Passenger Week, a landmark event dedicated to the global railway passenger community. The inaugural edition will take place on-site from 13 to 16 April 2026 at UIC Headquarters in Paris.

UIC Passenger Week is designed as a collaborative platform to exchange knowledge, explore innovation, and shape the future of passenger mobility services. The event will gather CEOs and senior executives of Passenger Business Units from railway companies, as well as key mobility actors, industry experts, policymakers, and other stakeholders from around the world, fostering strategic dialogue and partnerships across the passenger transport ecosystem.


Programme Overview

Monday 13 April – Expert Working Group Sessions
The week will begin with a day reserved for UIC working group experts. These sessions will provide a collaborative environment to advance technical discussions and ongoing project development within the UIC Passenger ecosystem.

Tuesday 14 April – Open Day: Multimodality and Innovation in Focus
The Open Day, accessible to all stakeholders and interested participants, will be the highlight of the week.
