UIC Energy efficiency & decarbonisation best practice workshop

This workshop is proposed, based on an idea of UIC Member EKM, as to explore any general / holistic approaches to optimise railways traction energy consumption. In other words, how to make train operation more efficient and save traction energy, with solutions that are applicable in a specific field, and/or combined fields of application.
For better understanding of what it could cover, please have a look into the topics listed below.

We warmly welcome any Stakeholders and UIC Members to join this workshop in person.

Note: UIC Members (only) are invited to join the Energy & CO2 Sector meeting that will be held on the 9th of December, UIC Paris (the day before the workshop).
