Training sessions on high-speed systems

Launched in 2004, the annual UIC Training Seminar on High-Speed Systems (THSS) have been attended by more than 300 Trainees to date.
This successful program includes high level contents due to the important contribution of eminent Speakers from around the world, and thanks to exchanges made during the session’s discussions and networking.
These Training Sessions - divided in two levels - offer an overall insight into the technical, commercial and management aspects of High-Speed Systems.

THSS Level I consists of a series of theoretical sessions and a technical visit, all over one week in Paris.
The aim of THSS Level II is to go more in-depth on the discussion with the help of a specific software tool “High-Speed Planner 4.0” especially designed to simulate the implementation of a high-speed line from A to B, held also over one week in Madrid.
