In the framework of the previous project, A.I. for remote monitoring, the group detected the need for additional works related to the different methodologies used for A.I. and the methods of applying them to select the most suitable in accordance with the different environments and ecosystems present in the railway maintenance domain.

  • Reducing costs and risk of future AI projects
  • The member of the project will gain some experience on AI (additional training)
  • Have guide with best practices
  • Get the right working choice since the beginning and knowing it can fit your needs or not
  • Choose the right strategy for the asset maintenance using A.I. based on real data and reliable failure prediction.
  • Involvement of international recognized specialist in the project
  • Assessment to do the right choice between centralized/distributed monitoring system based on the kind of railway line, telecom infrastructure, availability of IT resources, existence of centralized maintenance teams, etc.
