The 39th UIC Asia-Pacific Regional Assembly is kindly being hosted by Department of Transportation (DOTr) and Philippine National Railways (PNR) on 03 and 04 November in Manila, the Philippines, and includes the following events.

Monday, 03 November (Full Day - Hybrid):
Morning | Asia-Pacific Region Project Presentation Session
14h00-15h00 | 25th Asia-Pacific Management Committee (APMC)
15h30-18h00 | 39th Asia-Pacific Regional Assembly (APRA)
19h00 Asia-Pacific Regional Assembly Official Dinner (Registration required)
Tuesday, 04 November (from 8h00 – 17h30, Manila time):
8h00 | Pick-up of participants from the hotel for three site visits by DOTr and PNR
- 08h00-10h00 | Travel time to [Technical Visit 1 - North-South Commuter Rail (NSCR) Malanday Depot]
- 10h00-11h00 | Briefing at Operational Control Centre (OCC) - 4th Floor
Snacks will be provided. - 11:00-11:30am - Travel to [Technical Visit 2 - Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP) Ugong Depot]
- 11:30-12:00am - Ocular Inspection at [Technical Visit 3 - DOTr Philippines Railway Institute (PRI) Building]
- 12:00-12:30pm - Travel to North Avenue Station (NAS)
12:30-1:30pm Lunch break. Lunch will be provided on site. - 1:30 to 3:30pm - Ocular Inspection at North Avenue Station (NAS)
- 3:30 to 5:30pm - travel back to the hotel.

If you require a visa to enter the Philippines, please register at your earliest convenience with all the required information. This will allow us to quickly coordinate with our colleagues at Department of Transportation (DOTr) to assist with your application.
Registration
Participation in the UIC Asia-Pacific Regional Assembly (APRA) and its associated events is exclusively for UIC Asia-Pacific members.
Registration Deadlines:
- In-person participation: Register by October 14.
- Online participation: Register by October 30 (one day prior to the event). Registered online participants will receive a reminder email that includes the ZOOM link.
