The Rail Industry Worker (RIW) program is a competency management system that aims to minimise the risk of untrained personnel carrying out any work on the Australian rail network.
ARA is pleased to announce that the newly designed RIW website has been launched. Pegasus, the online service providers of the Rail Worker system (Onsite), have developed the new site, which has a fresh, simpler look and a more user-friendly functionality. Designed with the user experience firmly in mind, visitors can now benefit from its fast and easy navigation.
ARA invites you to visit the website and explore the engaging new platform, which offers ease of access to RIW program services.
In tandem with the launch of the new website, the new RIW mobile app has also been released. Pegasus, in collaboration with ARA, have developed a new mobile application which allows for greater user mobility, accessibility, speed as well as connection improvements. This app replaces the former web-based application.
If you have any questions or require further information about the mobile app, please visit the RIW website or contact Onsite via riw at pegasus.net.au
