The national multimodal operator KTZ Express organised the shipment of a train on the China-Uzbekistan route with a full range of services, from loading and processing cargo to providing its own containers and using the terminal belonging to the group of companies JSC NC KTZ.
50 forty-foot containers of KTZ Express were sent from Yiwu Xi Station (PRC) on 7 August this year.
Further, the train, loaded with consumer goods, proceeded through the Alashankou border crossing point, then through the Dostyk (RK) station, the Sary-Agach - Keles (RU) and Sergeli (RU) junctions.
The train will cover the route from China to Tashkent in transit through Kazakhstan in nine days.
KTZ Express aims to provide a full range of logistics services and the organisation of this train, which entirely consists of containers owned by the company, the Yiwu – Tashkent communication is a vivid confirmation of this.
The development of an agent network and representative offices in different countries allowed us to accumulate rich experience in organising and dispatching container trains in international traffic on a turn-key basis. Today, for the convenience of our Chinese partners, KTZ Express services and container equipment are presented in all major provinces of China, said the head of KTZ Express JSC Dmitry Abdullaev.
