Mr. Viorel Scurtu, previously Deputy Director General for Operations at the Romanian National Railway Company ‘CFR SA’, was appointed on 9th October 2009 new Director General and Chairman of the Management Board of ‘CFR SA’. He succeeds Mr. Ion Garoseanu.
