Stations today form a central part of our lives, a favourite meeting spot and a place where there is always something going on right in the heart of the city. Testimony to this was the “Station Club Night” which brought over 5 000 people together during the night of the 14 November for partying and festivities at Antwerp Centre, Brussels Central and Liege Guillemins stations. For a few hours these three stations became techno music havens – much to the surprise and delight of clubbers who are more accustomed to seeing them during the day time throbbing to the beat of commuter flows.
The night was a success carrying on the tradition of the previous three similar events (organised under the heading of “public transport night-fest”) and unfolded in true festive spirit.
“Station Club Night” which was based on an original and open concept was an opportunity for younger audiences to get an insight into SNCB Group’s positive and vibrant mind attitude – a company which also happens to be one of the largest employers in the country.
