From 1 December, SNCF will offer internet access to TGV Est passengers, which, in addition to standard Wi-Fi access, will include a whole range of multimedia content. On top of the wireless broadband – already available since 2008 on Thalys services between Paris, Benelux and northwest Germany – the “TGV Box” will feature “more than 100 services”, from films to language and cooking lessons, not to mention a special children’s pack.
