Following the departure in late 2012 of Marie-Eve Lim, Director of Finance and Controlling, Mr Thierry Bera has been appointed the new UIC Finance Director.

Mr Thierry Bera, 50, a graduate of the ESG Management School (Ecole Supérieure de Gestion), has held various positions of responsibility, specifically as Project Lead (Organisation) at JP Morgan from May 1989 to January 1991, and as Financial Manager at Mercedes-Benz Finance from 1994 to 2000. Having joined SNCF in January 2000, he was notably Head of the Cash-flow and Payment Systems Department within the Financial Operations Branch from May 2004 to November 2009, before becoming Deputy Director of the Department for Information Systems, Strategy and Finance in November 2009.
