Launched in December 2012 in Aix-en-Provence railway station and extended to Massy TGV, Paris-Gare de l’Est and Strasbourg railway stations, SNCF’s new door-to-door service has received a positive response from its customers and is thus being extended to France’s main stations. The service will be available in Paris-Gare de Lyon station from 10 September and in Lyon Part-Dieu and Lyon Perrache stations from 17 September.

The new door-to-door service allows travellers to book a taxi or a chauffeured vehicle up to the day before travel, at a fixed price as part of the train ticket, starting at 9.90 euros. The service takes into account expected delays and assures passengers that taxis will wait in the case of a delayed train, with the cost fixed in advance. Simply visit www.pap.sncf.com to book and pay for the door-to-door service in advance.
The advertised price includes the carriage of one to four people with luggage.
