The objectives of the training are as follows:
- Enhance general logistics knowledge of rail managers
- Gain knowledge of international cooperation in transport corridor and logistics chains building
- Share regional and national expertise
- Develop professional skills to manage logistics issues as well as personal skills to study, generalise and present best practice as an individual project
The training is targeted at rail managers responsible for freight, commercial operations, infrastructure of transport corridors, as well as managers responsible for interaction with other modes of transport.
The training will be held in English. Russian interpreting will be provided if there is a sufficient number of Russian speaking participants.
