Within the development of Euro-Asian corridors, UIC works with the Coordinating Council on Trans-Siberian Transportation. Such an agreement not only concerns the railways but all transport links. With its 100 members, the CCTT supports the development of freight transport between the west and east on the main Trans-Siberian route, particularly thanks to the installation of innovative technologies in the area of international containers. Training has become an additional aspect of collaboration with UIC. As with all its partners, the work is mainly conducted through meetings with experts and cross-participation at events held respectively by each organisation.
