As previously published in UIC eNews 404, UIC is particularly proud to have been designated by the United Nations to participate in the High-Level Advisory Group for Sustainable Transport to represent the railway sector. This High-Level Advisory Group, newly set-up, will aim to advise Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on transport policy.

A first kick-off meeting would be held in the near future.
