SNCF is unveiling a clearer and fuller range of long-distance services, doubling the number of low-price offers and launching the #OUI brand.

This new offer will see long-distance travel divided into different bands in accordance with journey time, price and level of service.

#OUI: providing the essentials of the trip at low cost

#OUI is SNCF’s new low-price offer. Thanks to the use of digital technology #OUI will be available throughout France, providing the essentials of the trip, without frills and without compromise.

#OUI is an offer that democratises travel.

#OUI will serve 135 routes and 40 destinations across France.
This massive offer at the low-cost end of the market should see #OUI services carrying 10 million passengers in 2016, rising to 18 million by 2018.

All low-price offers will be grouped together under the #OUI brand, including iDBUS services which will now be marketed as OUIBUS.

In 2016, OUIGO will extend its services to the north and west, offering more than six million tickets starting at 10 euros, tripling its number of routes to 50 and serving a further eight stations including Tourcoing, TGV Haute Picardie, Nantes, Rennes, Le Mans, Angers, Roissy Charles de Gaulle TGV et Massy TGV.

SNCF is relaunching its iDBUS long-distance bus service as OUIBUS and will see its fleet tripled to serve 130 routes and 46 destinations. iDBUS has carried 1.5 million passengers since 2012, and OUIBUS will offer four million tickets next year from a starting fare of five euros.

OUIBUS offers passengers accessible day and night travel, with high quality service and new long-awaited stations such as Paris La Défense.

#OUI is a new way of travelling with SNCF.

SNCF’s President, Guillaume Pepy, said “SNCF is clarifying its range to make travel options easier to understand and use. We’re offering our customers more choice, but we also want to make it easier for them to compare the options. Our aim: travel for the greatest number, but that doesn’t mean everyone has to travel in exactly the same way. So we want to offer solutions for everyone, everywhere, and in complete confidence.”
