The assembly of shareholders of Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori NTV – the Italian company operating the “Italo” high speed trains – met on 9 December and appointed a new Board of Management composed of 11 members instead of 15 previously.

The President of NTV Mr Andrea Faragalli transferred all operational delegations to the newly appointed CEO (Amminstratore Delegato) Mr Flavio Cattaneo. Other members of the Board include Luca Cordero du Montezemolo, Chiara della Penna, Diego della Valle, Francisco Di Giovanni, Romina Guglielmetti, Raffaello Ruggieri, Maurizio Petta, Giovanni Punzo, Luigi Roth.
