Travellers visiting Japan are expected to increase further in the coming years. To respond to accordingly increasing customer needs, we are opening a new facility at Ikebukuro Station East Exit - the JR EAST Travel Service Centre.
Our aim is to provide a service which supports pleasant railway journeys for travellers visiting Japan.

Overview of the facility

We will open the new JR EAST Travel Service Center at Ikebukuro Station East Exit to enhance our service for customers visiting Japan.

Opening Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (open every day)
*Domestic travel products sales between 11:00 - 18:00
(Available for customers other than those visiting Japan)

Services Provided etc.

Service offered: Exchange and sales of our products for inbound visitors, JAPAN RAIL PASS exchange, other JR tickets, sales of domestic travel products, tourist information, etc.
*Service for exchanging JAPAN RAIL PASS at Ikebukuro Station Information Center and sales of our products for inbound visitors at View Plaza Ikebukuro (West Exit) will end on September 30.
