UIC Middle East Regional Seminar on the activities and projects of the UIC Rail System Forum

In line with the development of regional cooperation, and also increasing the involvement and participation of UIC Middle East members in the activities and projects of the UIC Rail System Forum (RSF) as the most technical forum of UIC, the Railways of the Islamic Republic of Iran (RAI) together with the cooperation and support of UIC Rail System Forum (RSF) are going to hold the UIC Regional Seminar on the activities and projects of the UIC Rail System Forum in Tehran on 2 – 3 May 2017, hosted by RAI.

This regional seminar will be attended by the related mangers and experts from technical departments of RAI, UIC RAME railways and also the speakers and managers from UIC HQ.

This two-day seminar will focus on the main areas of RSF strategy supporting the railways in a changing world, the status of the ongoing UIC projects, standardisation in an international railway context, digitalisation, asset management, track and structure and signalling.

Each of the above-mentioned subjects will be presented by UIC speakers and managers and different issues on each area will be discussed in an interactive and question-and-answer atmosphere of the seminar.

RAI invites UIC members to participate in this interesting seminar.
