For its fourth meeting Railway Talent invites you to Berlin within the framework of Innotrans.

The 4th collaborative and networking event organised in partnership with DB, ETCR and UITP will mainly focus on Innovation.

Understanding the needs and desires of customers, as well as the user-centred development of products and services, is essential to business success. In this seminar, you/your employees will learn about the Design Thinking innovation method and thus get a feeling for their potential applications.

In this seminar you will be introduced to the innovation method Design Thinking. You will experience design thinking through hands-on exercises, reflect the potential together, and get a sense of the different uses of this innovation method in your business.

The training will be followed with a “get-together” snack/dinner.
