The preparation for the General Assembly as well as the Europe assistants meeting took place last week, for the first time via web-conference.

This remote organisation went very well. Everyone appropriated the tools and was able to ask the questions they wished, the number of speakers demonstrating good participation.
Everybody was satisfied.
This is a very positive point before the June General Assembly which will also take place in remotely.

Moreover, the plan for the gradual resumption of activity is being discussed internally this week. If all the conditions are met, a gradual return of staff to UIC HQ is scheduled for 8 June. A webinar is planned for next week on this subject. François Davenne and the Members of the UIC Covid-19 internal Task Force will present positively all measures taken by UIC to ensure safety and well-being. They will respond concretely to employees’ questions and concerns before their return since 8 June.
