National Guideline Values for ground-borne noise from railway traffic in tunnels at night time

In Sweden, Trafikverket has an ongoing project where they plan to establish national guideline values for Ground-borne noise from railway traffic in tunnels at night time. To get a broader picture before deciding on what indicator and value to use etc, they would be much grateful if you could answer the questions below.

It would be preferred to get the answers before 14 November 2019 if possible.
