Questionnaire on UIC Best practices on LC risk assessments

A draft questionnaire on the application of the UIC best practice for LC risk assessments was prepared by Francisco (Paco) Cabrera from UIC and sent first to 3 volunteers : Helena Radbo (Trafikverket), Frank Golden (Irish Rail), Robert Wainwright (NR), we thank them very much for their help.

Please answer the questionnaire to consider who uses this guidance and if we need to update by 31st of January 2023.

1. How often do you use this document?
2. Regarding the 7 principles of the Risk Assessment, which ones do you take into account / use in your Organization?
3. What factors do you consider in your organization as most important in risk assessment.

11. From how many minutes do you consider that "barrier down time" influences on user behavior?

Please, also explain these roles engagement: Rail Infra Manager, Road Infra Manager, Local Authorities, private land owners, Rail Undertaking companies, local groups.

Please, write some successful experience in your country. Would you share it in a future "Best Practices" UIC workshop/event?

Example, the use of video surveillance.
