This webinar is organised as part of the UIC Africa Security Task Force initiative set up for the UIC Africa region.
It will focus on rail security management in a context where security threats ranging from vandalism, theft from passengers or rail assets (e.g., metal theft) to more serious offenses like aggressions, armed assaults or sabotage are an increasing concern for railways.
On the one hand, members from the African region will give an overview on the main security challenges they are facing and on the other hand, the UIC Security Division will present the tools and activities available at UIC to help security expert to better manage their security issues.
