At the last UIC Safety Platform plenary meeting it was decided to launch a call for a Vice Chair position with a deadline fixed to 27 November 2023.
An extraordinary online meeting was convened : 28 November 2023 from 14:00 to 14:30
- to designate the future Vice Chair
- to endorse the membership of JST.
The purpose being to respect the deadlines of the UIC statutory meetings due to take place mid-December and the deadline to send related documents by 30th November by UIC to the General Assembly members who shall endorse nominations on 15 December.
To note that the call for the Vice Chair position was sent to all UIC members on 10 November 2023 by Karine Van Ceunebroeck + invitation to the online extraordinary SP meeting sent by I Fonverne to SP members. Applications and a voting form were sent to members on 27November in the evening.
Should members be prevented from attending on 28, they are requested to send us their vote by 28 before 12:00 CET using this link
