The Research & Innovation Coordination Group (RICG) invites all European UIC members to join the RICG WG1 “Policy & Strategy” session to be held on 19 February 2025 from 10:00 to 11:00 (Paris Time) online. This meeting aims to define the final structure and content of the updated document, Future Capabilities of the European Railway System, based on research and workshops conducted so far.

During this meeting, the purpose of the document will be summarised, as well as it being explained how you can contribute to its final editing and review. The document outlines the primary needs, capabilities, technical facilitators, and tasks for the evolution of the European railway system through innovative action. About RICG: RICG is UIC’s European stakeholder group dedicated to railway research and innovation.
