The EU-funded H2020 project PROACTIVE led by the UIC Security Division is joining forces with three other projects that are active in the field of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and explosive (CBRNe) security: TRANSTUN, eNOTICE and MELODY. This joint symposium is taking place 29 – 30 September 2021 as a hybrid event, both online and in Brussels.

PROACTIVE invites all interested parties to attend this free event!

The event is endorsed by the Community for European Research and Innovation for Security (CERIS) of the European Commission and supported by the NATO joint CBRN Defence Centre of Excellence. The programme on day one will consist of five sessions where each project will be able to showcase relevant outputs and results such as trainings, field exercises and how they’ve engaged with CBRNe practitioners.

The second day will focus on the creation of a network of CBRNe stakeholders, which includes railway stakeholders, tunnel operators, security experts and other transport practitioners.
