Operation Lifesaver Estonia (OLE), one of the most active ILCAD partners under the patronage of Mr. Kaido Simmermann, CEO of EVR (Estonian Railways Ltd), together with the support of UIC and ELCF (European Level Crossing Forum) chaired by Alan Davies, is organising the International Educational Conference “Let’s save lives” on March 15 and 16 2011 in Tallinn, Estonia to discuss and reflect on the recent global developments in the field of railway safety. Several top railway safety experts from Europe, USA, Canada, and Russia have already confirmed their participation to share their knowledge and experience concerning railway safety activities targeted at the general public. The list of speakers also includes representatives from government and law enforcement agencies closely connected to railway safety issues, as well as senior managers from railway organisations.
