UIC Sustainability Impact Awards: 1 week extension

Due to the Sustainability Team receiving numerous requests for extra time to put forward nominations, the deadline for the UIC Sustainability Impact Awards has been extended by one week. The new deadline is now 22 May 2024. Subsequent extensions will not be possible given the Jury’s schedules, so members are encouraged to make use of this additional week to submit their nominations. The application form is designed to be short and easy to use, and will therefore take very little time to fill out. The categories are broad, in order to fit a wide range of initiatives, and members are able to submit as many projects as they wish. Those shortlisted will be invited to present the project to the Jury in an online panel before the finalists are selected.

ALL members are eligible to nominate initiatives and the categories are:

♿ 👵🤰👩‍🦯 Accessibility, diversity, and inclusion
Climate change adaptation and resilience

🚆🧑‍🤝‍🧑🚲🚶‍♀️ Modal shift
Healthy cities and communities

🌱🌍 🌿 Energy and decarbonisation
Natural resources

📶📲🔗 Seamless Connectivity
