The 4th networking and collaborative event, organised in partnership with DB, ETCR and UITP, will focus mainly on the theme of Innovation.

Understanding the needs and desires of customers, as well as the user-centred development of products and services, is essential to business success.

In this seminar, you/your employees will learn about the “Design Thinking” innovation method and thus get a feel for its potential applications.

You will experience design thinking through hands-on exercises, reflect on the potential together, and get a sense of the different uses of this innovation method in your business.
