It is our great pleasure to invite you to the UIC-KORAIL Training Session 2019 on Railway Public Service Obligation from 23 to 27 September 2019 in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

The goals of the programme are to share best practice in railway publicity in the Asia-Pacific region and discuss ways of pursuing railway accessibility for the public. The main themes are policies and strategies for public railway service, activities of safe railway operations and cases of technical development and education.

We hope that this will be a good opportunity for all of us to broaden the understanding of UIC Asia-Pacific railways and strengthen cooperation among members.
