16th UIC World Security Congress


8 and 9 December 2021, online

Introduction

The sixteenth UIC World Security Congress which will be organised on 8 and 9 December 2021 from 10 am to 1 pm CET (Paris time). The event will be held online as a set of two sessions under the theme of organisation of security during major events and will address the following topics:

On 8 December from 10 am to 1pm CET - Organisation of security during major events

  • From the railway perspective
  • From the authority perspective
  • From the international perspective

On 9 December from 10 am to 1 pm CET - Emerging threats

  • CBRN Threats
  • CYBER-PHYSICAL Threats

The UIC World Security Congress is open to UIC members, railway security experts, representatives of railway companies, infrastructure managers, but also external relevant parties such as representatives from authorities, practitioners, trainers, communication experts, researchers, or members of the academia.
