- 1st UIC-UNCRD Asia-Pacific Rail Summit on 23 October
- 21st UIC Asia-Pacific Management Committee on 24 October
- UNCRD High-Level 15th Regional Environmentally Sustainable Transport Forum in Asia on 24 to 26 October
- UIC-KTMB Workshop on Safety and seamless connectivity in Asia-Pacific region on 25 October
- Technical Visit organised by KTMB on 26 October.
