This webinar is organised as part of the UIC Women in Rail in Africa initiative set up for the UIC Africa region.
The aim of the webinar is to identify recommendations, conclusions and initiatives that will enable women, as workforce and passengers, to make an even more vigorous contribution to the development of the rail sector in Africa, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in general and the policy set out by the African Union in its Agenda 2063 in this area.
