Presentations of practical cases studies and expert panel discussion with UIC members, partners and rail stakeholders

The UIC is pleased to invite you to a Talent Expertise & HR development Seminar on “How will artificial Intelligence impact jobs in the railway operations? --- Presentations of practical cases studies and expert panel discussion with UIC members, partners and rail stakeholders”.

Context

This seminar is dedicated to exploring the practical implications of AI in railway operations through the lens of job impact. As the railway industry embraces the transformative power of artificial intelligence, it’s not just the technology that’s changing; it’s the very nature of work, talent management, and training that’s undergoing a profound shift.

  • Throughout this event, we’ll explore how AI is reshaping railway operations and, more importantly, how it’s impacting the workforce. Practical case studies will be presented to illustrate AI applications and how it influences skills development and training strategies. AI is reshaping not only the railway landscape but also the way we manage talent, develop skills, and deliver training programs in this ever-evolving industry.

Experts made up of UIC members, partners and various stakeholders will bring their expertise to the discussions throughout the day. Together, we will gain a deeper understanding of how AI is revolutionizing the railway sector, its effects on the workforce, and the strategies needed to successfully lead this transformation.

Join us for a day of knowledge-sharing, dialogue, and exploration to shape the future of railway operations in the age of Artificial Intelligence.
