AIRPORTS
Nearest largest airport is Manchester, followed closely by Liverpool. Other options include London Heathrow and Leeds, however both these options would include 2-3 hour train journeys to Lancaster.

There is a direct train from Manchester Airport to Lancaster (takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes and costs between £15 - £30 Return). Tickets can be bought online https://www.thetrainline.com/ or at the train station.
Liverpool Airport: https://www.liverpoolairport.com/
There is no direct train from this Airport, you would have to get a taxi from Liverpool to Lancaster directly or a bus into Liverpool Centre and 2 trains to Lancaster.

TRAINS
There is only one train station in Lancaster. It is accessible via Manchester Airport and London directly. Other options may include 1-2 changes.
Go to Lancaster and then either take a taxi or bus to the hotel. Taxis (circa £12) will be waiting at a taxi rank outside the station. A local taxi company number is +44 1524 848848 but they advise the best solution is to go to the taxi rank and use this number if a taxi is needed in other circumstances.

BUS
No 4 or 4X buses go to Lancaster University (£3) from the railway station at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour. The destination bus stop is at an underpass which is a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Walk out of the underpass to the roundabout and take the first left, walk past basketball courts on their left-hand side, keep walking and you will see the hotel on the right-hand side.
