The 16th PROACTIVE progress meeting (PM16) will be held on 12-13 June 2023 in Brussels. This meeting is restricted to PROACTIVE consortium members.
The project progress meeting will be followed by the joint final conference with projects eNOTICE and PANDEM-2 on 13-14 June at the same venue in Brussels. This is a public event.
On 15 June, project PANDEM-2 continues the final conference and holds its own session. The PROACTIVE consortium partners are welcome to attend if they wish, but there is no obligation for PROACTIVE to join the PANDEM-2 session on 15 June.
All these events will be organised in physical format but a web streaming service will be available for the participants who cannot travel to Brussels.

Venue & meals
All events will be held in Brussels at the "Bouche à Oreille" (BAO), located Rue Félix Hap 11, 1040 Etterbeek, Belgium. The venue is very close to the European quarter (nearest metro stations: Schumann & Merode).
Beverages and lunch will be provided during the meetings.
PROACTIVE project consortium dinner will take place on 12 June evening (at the cost of each partner). UIC will only book the restaurant.
A second PROACTIVE social dinner is foreseen on 13 June evening. UIC will organise it and details will be communicated later.
The final conference networking dinner is included on 14 June evening at no cost for the partners.
Travel & Accommodation
Each partner is strongly encouraged to check the travel conditions to and from Belgium.
Each partner is responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. We strongly encourage you use flexible bookings and to double check the free cancellation policies before you engage any cost.
There are no particular hotel recommendations but we encourage you to book as soon as possible.
